A SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) is a shell company with a list of potential companies to merge or acquire. SPAC as a concept was popular a few years back. Lately, I don’t get to hear much about them. But SPCX reminds me of SPAC. It’s cash rich looking to acquire. It may soon acquire TSLA, Musk’s own company.
